Our journey began after a disappointing rental experience of our own: too little privacy, basic interiors, uncomfortable seating. We wanted something better\u2014and decided to create it ourselves.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"1220\">From our first charming farmhouse <em data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"722\">De Eekhoorn<\/em>, to its sister <em data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"747\">De Egel<\/em>, and later our beautiful villas <em data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"790\">Sudersee<\/em> and <em data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"807\">Bon Vivant<\/em>, we explored the most delightful corners of the Netherlands.<br data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"871\" \/>But new adventures awaited. In 2024, we followed our hearts southward and became the proud owners of <em data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"994\">Casa dos Cantoneiros<\/em>, a unique historic villa in the Algarve. Once marking distances on the old main road\u2014now peacefully located in a protected nature reserve\u2014this little monument stands alone in its authenticity.
